a natural theatre
I started a new blog, called 'a natural theatre'. it is a blog about my experiences in theatre,
philosophies, stories, and explorations for my thesis project. As well, a link to other thought provoking writings from
artists that I want to support. Here
is a link to my herbal medicine teacher and guide. Robin Rose Bennett is a phenomenal person and an amazing healer with plants.
If you want to take your health in a more natural direction, check her out.

If you like rollercoasters and if you are someone who lives in NY and
want to learn a martial art, but not sure what you want to practice, then check out the jujitsu club I belong to. The sensei
has over 30 years of martial arts experience. Small classes and very hands-on. Come watch and then if you want to try
a class, there is a complimentary class you can take! Women! Men! C'mon it's so fun and what a workout!
If you live in the Boulder/Denver area, then check this dojo out.
Sensei Paul Krusee is a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher. While I'm here in Boulder, this is the place I spend my
time playing around on a mat.
