bath time bliss

These 3 in combination, was given to me by my herbal teacher. I needed some

calm healing and soothing.

For drinking, I would let the herbs soak for about an hour, no less.  If you don't it

turn very bitter.

For soaking in a bath: Let soak for 4 hours minimum. Read below for further instructions.

Boil the water and 1 cup each of the herbs into a

1/2 gallon ball jar. Fill the jar to the tippy top and let the herbs soak for a minimum 4

hours.

After the time, strain through cheesecloth to get every last drop and combine the herbal infusions together.

Run your bath water.  Pour this delish mixture into your bathtub and stir.  Inhale the aroma.

Turn off your bath water, turn on your soft soothing lights and lightly step into a soothing and relieving bath.

Calendula: good for the skin and helps reduce inflammation

Lavender: good for mental relief

Roses: good for circulation and mood.
